Install macOS

Citrix Workspace For Mac M1
When using a Mac with El capitan and higher as well as Citrix Receiver 12.9.1 or Citrix Workspaces latest version, users launching a virtual desktop will receive a 'You have not chosen to trust DigiCert SHA2 High Assurance Server CA, the issuer of the server's security certificate.' error. Only when using Citrix app outside of our organization's network. It is also exclusive to Mac's. This does not appear on mobile devices or Windows. Light version also works fine.
Currently, the workaround is to install this certificate by downloading it from Digicert's website and installing it to your keychain. This is a bit much and trying to figure out what I need to do for them. I don't manage our storefront and I believe we have everything setup correctly but why only the Mac's having this issue? Anyone else experience this and resolved it?
